Hello and Welcome!

My name is JoLynn Rihn and I am an Independent Contractor that provides assistance to companies on their software.  I provide classroom styled, 1-on-1, seminar styled or custom training.

If you are not sure what you need, I will do a needs analysis, job shadow and employee evaluations to help determine what would be the most cost effective plan.  Sometimes the employee needs training on specific topics instead of a whole class, sometimes they are just using the wrong software to do the task at hand which is why it won't do what they want it to do.
