I was struggling with keeping our contact database and sales territories organized and easy to find, change and navigate. Each of my sales reps was using her own Excel spreadsheet and Outlook account which made it hard to keep everyone’s information up to date and easy to find. JoLynn came in to do some Outlook training and as we began our discussions we came to the conclusion that an Access database would be the best route for us to go.
